The Company:

IT Tech Force, a newly formed company resulting from the merger of 1^st Optec and MSN Group’s Onsite Field Services. Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma. IT Tech Force staff of Certified and experienced technicians and managers is strategically located throughout the United States, along with coverage throughout Canada. The newly developing opportunity of IT Tech Force operating independently of the MSN Group will allow and inspire a renewed focus on new business development and growth into the expanding onsite service and support for the IT / Telecom industry.

The ownership and management team for IT Tech Force, bring nearly 100 years of combined experience in technical support applications including resource management, scheduling, planning, implementation, training, and project management.

IT Tech Force & MSN Group History:

The MSN Group was founded by Michael S. Nodes in March 1995 near Chicago, Illinois. MSN Group specialized in custom software development, training, and support utilizing Microsoft products for such companies as Ameritech, Baxter International, Playboy, and State Farm to name a few. In 1998, MSN Group added field services on hardware being awarded a contract with the Veteran’s Administrated. Over the next several years MSN Group acquired two smaller field services companies in the state of Louisiana. The MSN Group is proud to boast its awards over the past several years. In 2012 and 2014, the MSN Group was recognized by its peers as the Best in Business for it’s Information Technology and Telecom Telecommunication Services in Louisiana, as well as a Finalist for the Better Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Customer Commitment. The MSN Group merged it’s Field Service Team with 1st Optec January 1, 2018 to form IT Tech Force, LLC now headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma and the MSN Group merged it software and development with Computer Language Software.

1st Optec History:

Joseph E. King, Co-Founder of 1^st Optec and former Alumni of Michael Nodes through Western States College of Electronic Engineering in the late 1970’s founded his company in The Tulsa, Oklahoma area in 2010. 1^st Optec specializing in the Telecommunication Industry offering its field services throughout Louisiana, Oklahoma and parts of Arkansas, Kansas, and Texas.
